Where to Watch Avatar: Seven Havens (2026)
Short answer: Avatar: Seven Havens streams exclusively on Paramount+. The animated sequel to The Legend of Korra premiered October 9, 2026, and Book 1 — titled “Survival” — is rolling out in weekly Friday batches through October 30. You will need an active Paramount+ subscription to watch it; the show is not on Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, or any other platform. If you’re still catching up on the new era, our Avatar: Seven Havens premiere guide breaks down everything the first episodes set in motion.

Where to watch Avatar: Seven Havens
Avatar: Seven Havens is a Paramount+ original series, which means Paramount+ is the only place to watch it legally. Created by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko — the duo behind Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra — and produced by Avatar Studios and Nickelodeon Animation, the series is exclusive to the platform worldwide at launch, with new episodes arriving in batches each Friday.
There is no free or ad-supported tier workaround here: you need a paid, active Paramount+ subscription. The series is streaming in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia on Paramount+. Paramount+’s own voice-cast guide confirms the show premiered October 9, 2026, with newcomer Saheli Khan voicing Pavi, alongside Aishu Devan as her long-lost twin Nisha, Major Curda as Jae, and franchise veteran Dee Bradley Baker as the twins’ cat-monkey companions Geet and Ruhi. Jeremy Zuckerman — who scored both earlier series — returns to compose the music.
Seven Havens is set roughly 225 years after The Legend of Korra, in a world shattered by an apocalyptic cataclysm. It follows 9-year-old earthbender Pavi, the new Avatar after Korra, who is hunted by human and spirit enemies alike because this era fears the Avatar as a destroyer rather than a savior. Pavi is the franchise’s first lead with a permanent physical disability — her left leg is missing and replaced with a wooden prosthetic, a design choice baked into her official character art. It is a genuine milestone for disability representation in mainstream animation: treated as a fact of her life, not a plot twist.
Episode release schedule: Book 1 (“Survival”)
Book 1 has 13 half-hour episodes. Paramount+ premiered the first three on October 9, 2026, and the rest are arriving in batches of three to four episodes every Friday through the end of the month, per the episode release schedule:
- October 9, 2026 — Episodes 1–3: “On the Horizon,” “Into the Storm,” “The Order” (now streaming)
- October 16, 2026 — Episodes 4–6: “The Faceless,” “The One Left Behind,” “Night of the Afflicted”
- October 23, 2026 — Episodes 7–9: “What Lies Beneath,” “The Envoys,” plus one episode whose title has not been publicly announced yet
- October 30, 2026 — Episodes 10–13: “Ghosts and Spirits,” “Battle of the Ruins,” “The Dome,” “The Root Chakra” (Book 1 finale)
Early reception has been strong: the series holds a 100% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes with an 81% audience Popcornmeter as of October 10, 2026.
What time do new episodes come out?
New batches drop on Fridays at 12:00am PDT / 3:00am EDT on Paramount+. That works out to 7:00am UTC — so if you’re watching from Pakistan, the episodes land at 12:00 noon PKT on Friday. Episodes 4–6 arrive October 16, episodes 7–9 on October 23, and the four-episode finale batch on October 30.
Is Seven Havens on Netflix, HBO Max, or Disney+?
No — and this trips people up, because the older shows are there. Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra are licensed to Netflix, which is partly why the franchise exploded in popularity again a few years back. But Seven Havens is a Paramount+ exclusive original; it is not on Netflix, not on HBO Max, and not on Disney+. (The creators famously walked away from Netflix’s live-action Last Airbender remake in 2020 over creative differences, which makes a Netflix home for their new series unlikely in any case.) If a site claims to stream Seven Havens for free, it is a pirate mirror — stick to Paramount+.
Pavi follows Korra as the Avatar — a Korra whose era, as we argued in our piece on how The Legend of Korra fails to villainize Zaheer, already complicated what the Avatar is allowed to be. Seven Havens pushes that complication further: an Avatar the world actively fears.
Where to watch outside the US
Paramount+ carries Seven Havens in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, where the premiere and weekly batches are available on the same schedule. Two markets are on a slight delay: SkyShowtime in Spain and the Netherlands gets the series on October 17, one week after the global premiere.
If you’re in a country where neither Paramount+ nor SkyShowtime operates, there is currently no announced local streaming home — Paramount+ remains the official route, and availability may expand as the season continues.
What’s next: Book 2 and the renewal
There is plenty more coming. Book 2 — another 13 episodes — is already confirmed, though its release date has not been announced. And on October 9, 2026, the same day as the premiere, the series was renewed for Books 3 and 4 at New York Comic Con — so after Book 2’s confirmed 13 episodes, the Seven Havens saga is already locked in to continue.

Read our companion piece on who Pavi is in Avatar: Seven Havens — her story, her twin Nisha, and why this 9-year-old earthbender is already one of the most talked-about characters in animation. Avatar fandom has never been short on strong opinions — from our longstanding case for why Zutara should have been canon to this week’s Friday-drop countdowns — and Seven Havens is giving the fandom its biggest new obsession in years.
